Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in fast-paced tech environments, consulting firms, or operational roles at scale-ups
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to structure ambiguous problems
- Strong ability to get things done (fast)
- Track record of managing complex, cross-functional projects from ideation to completion
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts quickly and translate them for various audiences
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Comfort with metrics and analytics
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Natural curiosity about AI/ML and strong eagerness to grow
- Bachelorβs degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Economics, etc.)
Responsibilities
- Act as a force multiplier for the leadership, by helping to drive some initiatives yourself
- Act as a thought partner to the leadership, providing strategic input and challenging assumptions when needed
- Drive special projects that emerge from strategic priorities, managing stakeholders and ensuring successful delivery
- Own and execute critical AI team processes including offsites, cross-functional alignment sessions and other events
- Proactively identify operational inefficiencies and implementation gaps in the AI organization, proposing and implementing solutions
- Serve as a key liaison between the AI team and other departments
- Create and maintain executive-level reporting on strategic initiatives, synthesizing complex information into actionable insights
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or supporting AI/ML teams in a business context
- Track record of building processes and systems from scratch in high-growth environments
