Responsibilities

• Assist the Founder in developing and executing strategic initiatives
• Provide insights and recommendations to drive organizational goals
• Oversee and manage key projects from inception to completion
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance organizational efficiency
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects
• Serve as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders
• Conduct research and provide analysis on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for growth
• Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up actions for meetings
