  • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience developing teams of varying experience levels, particularly those with recent college graduates

Responsibilities

  • Act as the proxy and executor for the CSO, representing their interests and making decisions on their behalf as needed
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSO, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Oversee key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring their timely and successful execution. Identify and address roadblocks to optimize sales processes
  • Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions. Manage crisis situations with a calm and collected demeanor
  • Identify and develop potential successors for key sales roles, ensuring continuity within the organization
