Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in a sales or sales operations role
- Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience developing teams of varying experience levels, particularly those with recent college graduates
Responsibilities
- Act as the proxy and executor for the CSO, representing their interests and making decisions on their behalf as needed
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the CSO, providing insights and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
- Oversee key sales initiatives and projects, ensuring their timely and successful execution. Identify and address roadblocks to optimize sales processes
- Anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions. Manage crisis situations with a calm and collected demeanor
- Identify and develop potential successors for key sales roles, ensuring continuity within the organization
