Join Sword Health as their dynamic Chief of Staff, supporting the Growth leadership team in scaling the Marketing organization. You will drive the rhythm of the business, lead strategic initiatives, and ensure smooth operations. This highly visible role involves frequent cross-company interactions and reports directly to the SVP of Growth. Responsibilities include strategic partnership, operational excellence, project leadership, meeting facilitation, team coordination, communication and reporting, and growth enablement. The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), 5+ years of leadership experience in Growth/Marketing, exceptional communication skills, and strong leadership abilities. Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role within Growth, Marketing or a related field, with a proven track record of strategic planning and project management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making
- Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels of the organization
Responsibilities
- Act as the right hand and operational lead for the SVP of Growth, providing strategic counsel, driving key initiatives, and stepping in on their behalf when necessary to ensure the effectiveness and alignment of the Growth leadership team
- Oversee daily operations within the Growth department, ensuring efficient execution of initiatives and alignment with company objectives
- Responsible for overseeing key department projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and effective completion
- Plan and execute strategic meetings, including leadership team sessions and team quarterly business reviews, ensuring productive outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive key decisions and outcomes, enhancing the overall effectiveness of the Growth organization
- Regularly and proactively provide updates to the executive team and cross-functional partners, ensuring clarity, alignment, and timely delivery of both scheduled and ad-hoc reports
- A demonstrated ability to support and facilitate business growth by aligning teams, optimizing processes, and driving strategic initiatives, contributing to scalable success
Preferred Qualifications
- Masterโs degree
- Experience in the healthcare or technology sectors
- Familiarity with Saas, digital health solutions and services
- Demonstrated ability to drive growth initiatives and improve B2B metrics
