Requirements
- 5-7 years of experience, ideally including management consulting background at firms like McKinsey, Bain, or BCG
- Track record of leading organizational change initiatives through influence rather than authority
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with ability to build trust and relationships at all levels
- Strategic thinking balanced with strong execution capabilities and hands-on approach
- Self-motivated with ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations
- Strong analytical capabilities
- Hunger to learn and ability to learn on their own
- High degree of discretion and excellent judgment
- Comfort with and enthusiasm for challenging traditional organizational structures
Responsibilities
- Partner with the Head of Company to conceptualize and execute organizational transformation initiatives
- Drive cross-functional projects that enhance how their teams work together, communicate, and deliver results
- Lead change management efforts by building relationships and influencing without traditional authority
- Develop and document clear, compelling communications to articulate strategic initiatives and gather buy-in
- Help design and implement innovative organizational processes that promote self-organization and accountability
- Work directly with teams across multiple time zones to understand challenges and implement solutions
- Take ownership of complex, ambiguous projects and drive them to completion through hands-on execution
