Join Turing, a rapidly growing AI company, as the Chief of Staff to the CEO, a strategic and execution-focused role working directly with the CEO and Executive Team. This highly visible position requires a sharp thinker, proactive problem-solver, and diplomatic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will partner with the CEO to define strategic priorities, ensure alignment across functions, and quarterback the execution of critical initiatives. You will also support the CEO in board and investor relations, fundraising efforts, and outbound business development activities. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, facilitating communication and ensuring information flows smoothly. You will also contribute to building a strong company culture and supporting the CEO in people strategy, internal communications, and leadership development. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of experience in consulting, investing, strategy, and operations, and a proven track record of delivering outcomes in ambiguous contexts.
Requirements
- Bachelorโs degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience across consulting, investing, strategy & operations
- Demonstrated โhustleโ in ambiguous contexts to deliver outcomes
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Experience working closely with senior executives or C-level leadership
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional analytical and project management skills
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
- Experience managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to define strategic priorities and ensure alignment across functions
- Quarterback execution of few critical initiatives in varying capacities and monitor progress toward company goals
- Support the preparation of materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key stakeholder engagements
- Provide coverage on fundraising efforts and board meetings
- Shadow, plan, absorb, analyze and action priorities alongside our CEO
- Sales (assisting on key meetings with high-profile clients)
- Marketing (supporting high-profile marketing events)
- Strategy (for BD and niche outbound prospects)
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and senior leadership, facilitating communication, weekly updates and quarterly offsites to ensure that information flows smoothly and efficiently
- Help build and maintain a strong company culture, and support the CEO in people strategy, internal communications, and leadership development
- Provide research, analysis, and recommendations to support decision-making on business strategy, partnerships, and organizational priorities
