Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Minimum 6–10 years of experience in roles such as Strategy, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Chief of Staff—ideally for an enterprise software company
  • Strong understanding of enterprise software and cloud business models, including ARR, consumption models, expansion, and churn
  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data to inform decisions (Excel, Salesforce, Clari, Tableau, etc.)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • A relationship-builder who earns trust across functions and levels, and can influence without authority

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate the operating cadence of the Office of the CRO, including leadership meetings, all-hands, business reviews, and sales kickoff
  • Support preparation of Board reporting on a quarterly and ad-hoc basis, as well as internal executive updates
  • Manage and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives—ensuring timely execution, accountability, and results
  • Partner with Finance and Rev Ops to support go-to-market planning, forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Use business knowledge and metrics to build reporting, identify performance trends, and highlight risks and opportunities
  • Track follow-through on key action items and priorities across the CRO organization
  • Develop and manage a communications strategy to support internal and external messaging for the CRO
  • Other duties as needed
