Summary

Join ENDVR, a digital platform empowering action sport, optical, outdoor, and lifestyle brands to connect with in-store associates, as a Senior Marketing Manager. You will lead the marketing function, own product marketing and reporting, and manage a team. Your responsibilities include developing and executing the marketing strategy, managing a team of three, defining ICPs and buyer personas, creating compelling messaging, leading product launches, owning demand generation across channels, setting content strategy, and reporting on marketing performance. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, RevOps, and Customer Success to align marketing efforts with user growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion goals.

Requirements

  • Have 3–5+ years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, ideally in a PLG environment
  • Have led cross-functional marketing programs and managed direct reports
  • Are a strong storyteller and strategist who can balance big-picture vision with tactical execution
  • Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail
  • Know your way around modern marketing stacks (HubSpot, Wordpress, Intercom etc.)
  • Are data-driven, curious, and energized by fast-paced environments
  • Love working across teams and wearing multiple hats
  • Enjoy being remote but if you're living in Montreal, be open to spending time in the office too

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute our end-to-end marketing strategy aligned to PLG, Sales, and CS motions
  • Lead OKR planning in collaboration with the CRO and Chief of Staff
  • Manage and coach a team of three: Partnerships Manager, Content Marketing Specialist, and Demand Generation Manager
  • Align cross-functionally on product launches, sales priorities, and growth initiatives
  • Define ICPs, buyer personas, and segmentation strategy
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning frameworks by segment
  • Lead product and feature launch planning with Product and Growth
  • Partner with Sales/CS on enablement content and win/loss insights
  • Own strategy and execution across paid, organic, and partner channels
  • Optimize lead scoring, nurture workflows, and campaign analytics
  • Build strategic partnerships and run events to drive SQLs
  • Set and lead content strategy to support SEO, brand awareness, and thought leadership
  • Ensure consistent storytelling and brand voice across all channels
  • Collaborate with the Content Marketing Specialist to scale content production
  • Report regularly on marketing performance and team impact
  • Continuously refine strategy and execution based on data insights

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in early-stage, high-growth SaaS startups
  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile would be a benefit
