Requirements
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or in other managerial roles within the healthcare or technology sectors
- Proven experience scaling a start-up in Tech or MedTech
- Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
- Solid knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
- Experience with organizational development, project management, and change management
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with the executive team and stakeholders
- Strategic thinker with a track record of effective operational management
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth and long-term sustainability
- Oversee the efficient delivery of all operations, ensuring that processes are designed for effectiveness and scalability
- Lead and mentor department heads; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across all functions
- Work closely with the executive team to set and drive the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives, establishing sustainable operating processes
- Manage key relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies to drive results and foster collaboration
- Identify and mitigate operational risks and inefficiencies, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance performance metrics
- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, using analytics to inform decision-making processes
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the healthcare domain
