Summary

Join Idoven, a leading AI cardiology company, as the Chief Operating Officer. You will work closely with the executive team to set and achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in COO roles within healthcare or technology, strong leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer or in other managerial roles within the healthcare or technology sectors
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles
  • Solid knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics
  • Experience with organizational development, project management, and change management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the executive team and stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of effective operational management

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that support the company's growth and long-term sustainability
  • Oversee the efficient delivery of all operations, ensuring that processes are designed for effectiveness and scalability
  • Lead and mentor department heads; foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across all functions
  • Work closely with the executive team to set and drive the organization’s vision, mission, and objectives, establishing sustainable operating processes
  • Manage key relationships with stakeholders, including partners, investors, and regulatory bodies to drive results and foster collaboration
  • Identify and mitigate operational risks and inefficiencies, implementing data-driven solutions to enhance performance metrics
  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance, using analytics to inform decision-making processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks in the healthcare domain
