Requirements

  • 5+ years leading in fast-growth teams (e-com, FMCG, direct sales, BPO, etc.)
  • Strong in numbers, people, process, and performance
  • Proven record of turning chaos into systems and teams into leaders
  • Knows how to build SOPs, dashboards, and execution habits that stick
  • Can lead a sales org AND handle warehouse or finance issues in the same week
  • Thinks like a founder: sees problems early, moves without permission

Responsibilities

  • Run daily operations across Sales (Telesales, Chat, Marketplace), Logistics, Fulfillment, HR, Finance, and Distribution
  • Build, improve, and enforce SOPs — no nice-to-haves
  • Fix broken systems fast. Drive what works even faster
  • Use Lean thinking and common sense to eliminate inefficiency
  • Translate the CEO’s vision into clear, tracked KPIs
  • Build a real-time dashboard and run monthly review cycles
  • Create a culture of numbers, ownership, and no excuses
  • Scale internal sales (Telesales, Chat, Marketplace) while building backend systems to support national distribution expansion
  • Lay the foundation for a scalable distributor network — including onboarding flows, sales systems, training materials, and incentive design
  • Work across Product, Marketing, and Tech to launch brands that are ready to duplicate and distribute at scale
  • Build dashboards and fulfillment systems that serve both in-house teams and growing resellers
  • Build a team that’s high performance AND high culture
  • Protect a culture that’s direct, fast, hungry, and kind
  • Build leaders under you. Create clarity. Drive coaching. Eliminate drama
  • Lead the implementation of ERP, CRM, nXportal, and inventory tools
  • Make sure tools get used — not just installed
  • Automate what you can. Structure what you can’t
  • Align people + tech into one cohesive execution machine
