Requirements

• Deep understanding of digital contact centers, omnichannel engagement, and self-service solutions
• Strong track record in leading agile product development, microservices architecture, and scalable SaaS solutions
• Experience in data-driven decision-making, analytics, and AI/ML implementation
• Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
