Summary

Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in startups
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the media sector
- Minimum of 3 years experience in B2B sales
- Strong grasp of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies
- Passion for fostering growth, innovation, and resilience in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and process design
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership
- Spearhead sales strategies, market expansion, and strategic partnerships to fuel revenue growth
- Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Be in contact with customers to understand their needs and uses of the product to establish product development and extension possibilities
- Drive the development of products and services that address customer needs and market demands
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and seize new opportunities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to ensure sound financial health
- Exemplify integrity, work ethic, and commitment to the company's core values
