Summary
Join the fastest-growing digital marketing and coaching business for attorneys nationwide as their Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for all new revenue generation. You will collaborate with the CEO, CMO, and COO to enhance existing inbound channels, develop new demand streams, establish a high-performing outbound sales team, and implement an effective upgrade/account expansion strategy. You will oversee the entire revenue process, from lead generation to contract closure and upsells. The position offers a competitive salary of $250,000 base plus variable compensation, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, flexible vacation time, an education budget, company activities, a 401(k) with a 3% match, and a flexible work style (WFH or in-office). The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in revenue leadership, scaling a B2B business, and a deep understanding of inbound and outbound sales strategies.
Requirements
- Proven Track Record: 5+ years in revenue leadership (CRO, CSO, VP Sales, etc…) driving ARR from $30M → $100M+
- Industry Experience: Experience in scaling a B2B business services or high-touch SaaS company. Legal industry understanding is a plus
- Inbound Experience: Deep knowledge & experience in building and managing demand-generation systems. This includes an understanding of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media and all inbound channels
- Outbound Experience: Deep knowledge & experience in building and managing a modern outbound sales team, including cold email, gifting and outreach methods (at scale), with segmented BDR, SDR & Closer teams
- Data-Driven Operator: Strong financial and analytical skills—comfortable building forecasts, P&Ls, and using CRM/BI tools to drive decisions
- Team Builder & Coach: Demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and scale high-performing BDR, SDR & Closer teams
- Strategic & Tactical: Adept at setting multi-year revenue plans and rolling up sleeves on messaging, playbooks, and deal coaching when needed
- Exceptional Communicator: Able to align and influence sales team in collusion with C-suite, and cross-functional stakeholder goals
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Thrives in a fast-growing, dynamic environment; breaks through ambiguity with creativity and urgency
