Summary
Join ServiceNow as a senior leader driving large-scale transformations for our biggest clients. You will engage with C-suite executives at Fortune 500 companies, leveraging your extensive experience to articulate how ServiceNow's platform achieves breakthrough business outcomes. This role involves advising internal executives and collaborating with sales and strategy teams to build a strategic product and go-to-market strategy. You will accelerate sales cycles, build transformation strategies with customer CXOs, increase C-suite awareness, and develop prospect pipelines through various executive-level activities. Furthermore, you will provide critical feedback to engineering and field marketing teams. This position requires extensive experience in senior leadership roles within large technology organizations and a proven track record of achieving significant business results.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry
- Extensive Servicenow Platform/Portfolio practitioner experience as an executive leader driving scaled transformation with proven positive business outcomes
- 20+ years of experience in large-scale Senior leader roles leading large, cutting-edge technology organizations and achieving breakthrough business outcomes
- $10B+ Rev. C-level or E/SVP level experience
- Must have extensive public speaking/communication and influence skills across Board level and C-Suite
- Experience leading business transformations at scale
- Extensive experience facing external customers articulating product benefits and being a customer trusted advisor
- Experience with SaaS/PaaS and ServiceNow products are ideal
- Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate effectively across internal and external organizations, including Engineering, Sales, Strategic partners and ISVs
- Expert-level executive presentation skills, including large presentations, executive briefings and small groups roundtables
- Adaptable and flexible and able to work and thrive in a highly dynamic metric-based environment
Responsibilities
- Engage with our largest customerβs C-Suite Executives leveraging your extensive industry and operational transformational experience to elegantly articulate how breakthrough business outcomes are achieved on the NOW platform
- In the course of these CXO engagements, you will also advise and work closely with key internal Executives, as well as our Sales and Strategy teams to build a strategic product and GTM strategy including enabling the global field community
- Accelerate sales cycles by meeting and working closely with our most strategic customer CXOs (Fortune 500)
- Work with Customer CXOs to build out their transformation strategy
- Increase C-suite awareness by creating industry leading transformation frameworks that help ServiceNow strategic clients accelerate their transformations
- Develop and drive prospect pipelines by hosting CXO round tables, delivering industry keynotes, and leading other executive-level field marketing activities
- Provide critical product and marketing content feedback to key Engineering and Field Marketing teams
Preferred Qualifications
- The ideal candidate is an experienced Industry Analyst, CIO, CTO
- Former senior government or military experience is a plus
- Executive-level consulting or CXO advisor experience preferred
