Requirements

  • Licensed mental health professionals with at least 3 years post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy
  • Active unrestricted license in California
  • Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Must reside in the Pacific Time Zone (PT)
  • Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning
  • Clinical experience working with young people and their families
  • Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments
  • Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools
  • Must not have opted out of Medicare and must be willing to be cross-licensed in additional states

Responsibilities

  • Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support
  • Participate in weekly case consultations, weekly team consultations, peer-only huddles, and ongoing professional development programming
  • Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
  • Communicate with your client’s pediatricians, school counselors, and other members of their family, as needed
