Join our team as a Contract Therapist at Fort Health, a mental health company focused on providing quality care to children and adolescents. This fully remote, 20-hour per week W2 position offers a customizable caseload, allowing you to build your own schedule and earn up to $85,000 annually working 32 hours. Requirements
- Licensed Psychologist (PhD, PsyD), LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or LMHC licensed to practice in New Jersey (multiple state licenses preferred)
- 3 years of clinical experience working directly with children, teenagers, and families, with experience in evidence-based treatments such as CBT, ACT, and DBT
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload)
Responsibilities
- Treat lower acuity populations with an average treatment length of 16 weekly sessions
- Customize your caseload and earnings
- Deliver a minimum of 15 clinical hours/week (full-time)
- Deliver effective care through telehealth
- Use Zoom, EHR, and Google Suite to deliver care and communicate with team members
