Requirements
- Licensed mental health professionals with at least 3 years post-graduate experience providing psychotherapy
- Active unrestricted license in North Carolina
- Required license types: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
- Ability to work independently with a strong interest in collaboration and learning
- Clinical experience working with young people and their families
- Knowledge of and/or some training in evidence based mental health treatments
- Comfort with using and learning new technologies, including Zoom, Office, electronic health record systems, and other team collaboration tools
- Must not have opted out of Medicare and must be willing to be cross-licensed in additional states
Responsibilities
- Provide weekly psychotherapy using CBT and other evidence-based practices to children ages 8-17 and young adults over age 18 years, as well as parent training and support
- Participate in weekly case consultations, weekly team consultations, peer-only huddles, and ongoing professional development programming
- Complete clinical notes and documentations in a timely manner
- Communicate with your clientβs pediatricians, school counselors, and other members of their family, as needed
