Join Prison Fellowshipยฎ, a 40+ year-old organization transforming lives, as their Western Region Church Partnerships Manager. This remote position requires managing a national portfolio of partner church relationships to foster holistic engagement. You will maintain relationships, identify partnership opportunities, strategize based on church profiles, and represent Prison Fellowship at events. The ideal candidate possesses church leadership experience, sales/recruitment background, and strong communication skills. This role involves significant travel within a specified region. Requirements
- 3+ years in a church leadership role; experience working in a multi-site or urban church setting a plus
- 2+ years sales/territory recruitment or management role; experience leading local missions initiatives or faith-based non-profits preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Demonstrated ability to network, adapt, persevere, and collaborate
- Intermediate computer skills, including MS Office, as well as advanced PowerPoint skills
- Ability to learn in-house database
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Candidate must live in AZ, CA, NV, OR, or WA
Responsibilities
- Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions
- Implement strong cross-departmental efforts to identify best opportunities for churches in your portfolio
- Help determine best strategy based on church history, affinity, and interests
- Represent and promote Prison Fellowship at conferences, meetings, and other events to engage more churches
