Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in administrative support in a fast-paced, complex environment
  • Thrive in a challenging, dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Know your way around basic computer software, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Partner and build relationships with health system personnel to establish secure electronic access to patient records and other protected health information, thereby enabling our team members to perform remote clinical data abstraction
  • Coordinate with our Project Managers and our remote clinical data abstraction team to complete staff credentialing for new and existing clients
  • Ensure that our team members can access their assigned hospitalsโ€™ remote systems by continually assessing their credentials and the clientsโ€™ system needs
  • Identify process improvements and propose innovative solutions to create efficiencies and enhance communications

Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree, though candidates with an Associate's degree or the right experience will be considered
  • Experience with Salesforce
