Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, with some exposure to or educational background in Data Science, Math, Statistics, or related field
  • Proven experience in client-facing roles within digital advertising, analytics, or marketing technology sectors
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Project management experience with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in analytics tools
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and understanding of digital advertising ecosystem

Responsibilities

  • Conduct Kick-off Meetings: Initiate and lead kick-off meetings with clients and internal teams to establish project objectives, timelines, and deliverables
  • Develop Configuration Documents: Create detailed configuration documents outlining data integration requirements, data flows, and interim and final delivery dates
  • Data Integration Management: Oversee data integration processes by managing internal production documentation. Coordinate data integration meetings and address client inquiries regarding customization and scenario-specific requirements
  • Regular Check-ins and Status Meetings: Maintain ongoing communication with clients through regular check-ins and status meetings. Proactively address client concerns, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Reporting and Delivery: Develop delivery reports, including in PPT, Excel, and Google Docs. Develop comprehensive reports highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), optimizations, and strategic recommendations
  • Product Management Collaboration: Collaborate with product management teams to provide client feedback and insights for continuous product improvement and development. Act as a bridge between client needs and product enhancements
  • Client Relationship Management: Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact for analytics and project management-related inquiries. Advocate for client needs internally while balancing business objectives and technical feasibility
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, executive management, legal, marketing, and engineering and data science teams to ensure seamless execution of client analytics initiatives. Foster a collaborative environment that prioritizes client success and satisfaction
