Responsibilities

  • Work closely with agency heads and project owners to flesh out deliverables and milestones; build project management structures in ClickUp to support
  • Manage 25 simultaneous clients, each with 1-3 ongoing projects, ensuring timely updates, smooth communication, and alignment of project goals
  • Serve as the primary contact for e-commerce clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships and ensuring frequent, transparent communication
  • Onboard new clients and manage their integration process, including creating automation on Slack and launching them on ClickUp for project management
  • Support onboarding new services for active clients using ClickUp, Slack, and more
  • Propose, design, and execute digital projects that align with client needs to boost ROI
  • Monitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics, analyzing the success of digital campaigns
  • Present and implement digital strategies, including social media campaigns
  • Schedule calls, manage task completion by experts, and support deck completion and accuracy
  • Provide regular status updates, recap emails, and support leadership with reports using ClickUp’s built-in dashboards and workload features
  • Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure accurate data and information within ClickUp, addressing discrepancies promptly

A fast-growing marketing agency is seeking an experienced Client-Facing Project Manager to join their team.  The ideal candidate will orchestrate seamless projects and streamline collaboration across departments, weaving a symphony of success by harnessing the power of ClickUp to elevate their initiatives.

As the Project Manager, you’ll be critical in optimizing project workflows and collaboration across departments, focusing on utilizing ClickUp. Your expertise in project management tools, collaboration, and background in one or more eCommerce work domains will contribute to their operations’ overall efficiency and success.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage 25 simultaneous clients, each with 1-3 ongoing projects, ensuring timely updates, smooth communication, and alignment of project goals.
  • Serve as the primary contact for e-commerce clients, fostering strong, lasting relationships and ensuring frequent, transparent communication.
  • Onboard new clients and manage their integration process, including creating automation on Slack and launching them on ClickUp for project management.
  • Support onboarding new services for active clients using ClickUp, Slack, and more.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends in digital technology, especially regarding Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, TikTok Ads, and Klaviyo.

What You Need

  • Proven experience as a project manager, proficient in using ClickUp with deep knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong English communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience in e-commerce management, particularly with Shopify. (Nice to Have)
  • Familiarity with direct-to-consumer (DTC) e-commerce operations and challenges.  (Nice to Have)
