Summary
Join ONEHealth Communications, a subsidiary of M3 Inc., as a new Commercial Team member, reporting to the Commercial Director. This dual role involves 70% new business development, contacting businesses and brands to sell ONEHealth's services, and 30% account management for an existing portfolio. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, generating proposals, leading on proposal writing, lead generation through various platforms and events, closing business, forecasting, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate possesses 3+ years of commercial experience in healthcare marketing or pharmaceuticals, a pre-existing network in the pharma/healthcare market, and strong communication and relationship-building skills. The role requires a consultative sales approach and knowledge of the ABPI code of conduct. Requirements
- 3 years+ commercial experience in a healthcare marketing agency and/or Pharmaceutical Company delivering multi-channel, digital communication solutions
- Pre-existing network of contacts within pharma/healthcare market
- Confident and keen to present the ONEHealth offering to new and existing clients
- Strong ability to generate F2F meetings with both new and existing clients
- Proactive and hungry for commercial success
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- High level customer relationship skills with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships
- Demonstrate a consultative/needs based approach to the selling of products and services with a strong emphasis on building rapport with a range of stakeholders to then effectively sell in relevant services
- Working knowledge of the ABPI code of conduct
Responsibilities
- Understand clientsβ business sectors and closely monitor competitors. Gain an in-depth understanding of their business needs and how ONEHealth can help address them
- Uncover needs in potential and existing clients and match our services to their requirements
- Seek out business opportunities across white space pharma clients and portfolio of accounts. Work with the wider team to lead on proposal writing
- Generate, develop and manage new leads using platforms such as LinkedIN along with attending industry events and shows
- Negotiate and close business
- Update individual pipeline and deliver accurate forecasts on an on-going basis
