Summary
Join Precision Medicine Group as a Client Engagement Manager for EHR Solutions! In this role, you will exceed client expectations by expertly managing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and proactively communicating internally and externally. You will manage the day-to-day activities of the full EHR team, working closely with clients and executives to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget. You will also coach and mentor analysts, contribute to a positive team culture, and identify new business opportunities. This position requires strong leadership, client relationship management, and project management skills within the pharmaceutical industry. Travel is required (15-50%).
Requirements
- Possess a Bachelor's degree
- Have 4-8 years of Pharmaceuticals, Managed Markets Consulting or Managed Markets agency experience with broad based experience in sales, managed care, marketing and/or managed care analytics
Responsibilities
- Manage project teams including both internal and external resources in the project planning, design, development, medical legal and regulatory approval, and delivery of client solutions; ensuring that projects are completed within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Lead and manage a team of consultants or analysts, providing guidance, direction, and support. Delegate tasks effectively, monitor progress, and ensure the team's productivity and quality of work. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact. Understand client needs, provide strategic advice, and identify opportunities for additional services or collaborations. Foster client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that arise during the engagement
- Serve as key point of contact with clients, managing the process of proposal preparation, Statements of Work (SOW), and approval of invoices and accruals
- Provide follow-up with client after project deliverable has been completed to ensure client satisfaction
- Develop broader and deeper knowledge of EHR and the pharmaceutical market through on-the-job experience and training
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within current clients. Contribute to proposal development, client presentations, and business pitches. Collaborate with business development teams to expand the company's client base to achieve revenue targets
- Lead ad hoc work streams on critical people-related issues such as recruitment, learning and development
- Identify and manage risks associated with engagements. Mitigate potential issues, assess project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed. Monitor project progress and take proactive measures to address any deviations from the plan
Preferred Qualifications
- Possess a Master's degree or MBA
- Have defined experience within Commercial Strategy
- Have demonstrable experience in leadership and influence in sizable and multi-disciplined teams, understanding and assessing client needs, incorporating in deliverables, and ensuring recommendations/results are implemented
- Have experience in developing credible relationships with senior level managers and executives in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry
- Have experience leading a cross-functional team to project-manage multiple complex project with a high number of tasks and dependencies
