Summary
Join 360Dialog as a Client Manager and become the primary point of contact for LATAM clients. Build strong relationships, ensure smooth onboarding, and advocate for clients within the company. You will set expectations, troubleshoot issues, and proactively guide clients to success. This role demands excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills within a fast-paced environment. You'll be responsible for client management, onboarding and education, and internal coordination and issue resolution. The position offers a competitive salary and full remote flexibility.
Requirements
- Fluent Portuguese and English
- 5+ years of digital marketing experience including experience of working with Meta advertising products
Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and set clear expectations
- Act as the clientβs voice within 360dialog to ensure solutions meet their needs
- Maintain transparent communication on timelines, changes, and challenges
- Become an expert in performance messaging
- Guide clients through onboarding, minimizing delays and ensuring readiness
- Educate clients on performance messaging and best practices
- Communicate client goals internally and track progress
- Identify, escalate, and troubleshoot issues working closely with our internal teams to drive timely resolutions
Preferred Qualifications
- Spanish as an additional language a plus
- Start up experience
- Experience working with or for agencies
