Summary

Join our team as we launch Messly in Australia and help recruitment agencies get the most from our service. As a recruiter, you will be responsible for onboarding and training new recruiters, providing regular check-ins, account reviews, and process development. You will also support sales efforts, provide feedback to the product team, and manage operational processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment
  • Available to start in early 2024
  • Based in Australia and have the right to work in Australia, as we are not registered as a visa sponsor
  • Excellent written and spoken English

Responsibilities

  • Onboard and train new recruiters how to use Messly
  • Provide regular status meetings with customers to understand their needs and gather feedback
  • Use data dashboards to understand if Messly is being used to its full potential, and suggest ways for agencies to get more value from us
  • Create action plans to help solve issues identified in account reviews
  • Support sales efforts by helping the CEO through the sales process, including outreach to potential agencies and follow-ups
  • Share feedback from agencies with the product team, and contribute ideas for how to improve our service based on their feedback and data
  • Manage and run occasional operational processes, such as generating reporting and customer reporting, working with our ops team
