Requirements
- Experience in market research, business intelligence, or a related role is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience with CRM systems is a strong plus, in particular Hubspot CRM
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to various stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities relevant to key accounts
- Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer-specific data to identify business opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop actionable insights that guide customer strategies and decision-making
- Research target markets for opportunities
- Map and understand key account opportunities
- Monitor customer behaviors, purchasing patterns, and feedback to recommend improvements in product offerings and services
- Track and report on competitors' activities and identify key differentiators
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize customer intelligence for cross-functional teams
- Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams
- Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and data tools that enhance market research and customer intelligence processes
