Requirements

  • Experience in market research, business intelligence, or a related role is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms
  • Experience with CRM systems is a strong plus, in particular Hubspot CRM
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data to various stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities relevant to key accounts
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize customer-specific data to identify business opportunities and threats
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers to develop actionable insights that guide customer strategies and decision-making
  • Research target markets for opportunities
  • Map and understand key account opportunities
  • Monitor customer behaviors, purchasing patterns, and feedback to recommend improvements in product offerings and services
  • Track and report on competitors' activities and identify key differentiators
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to visualize customer intelligence for cross-functional teams
  • Present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders, including senior leadership and sales teams
  • Keep up-to-date with emerging technologies and data tools that enhance market research and customer intelligence processes
