Summary
Join Experian as a named account manager, driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. Maintain close alliances with senior client management, providing recommendations and negotiating contracts. Serve as a strategic partner, assisting clients in leveraging data, analytics, and technology solutions for lending, risk management, and fraud prevention. Develop new partnerships within the financial services industry. Effectively communicate industry knowledge and the transformative power of data and analytics. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, balancing priorities and identifying opportunities. Develop forecasts, manage pipelines, and ensure solution delivery. Identify new business growth avenues and expand existing partnerships. This remote position requires residence in the West Region of the U.S. and reports to the VP of Preferred Sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
- 5 + years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions
- Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within financial services
- Understanding of customer priorities and the plans designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations
- Create and develop new business both within an existing book of business through prospecting
- Ability to travel up to 50%
Responsibilities
- Generate revenue growth and manage your client relationship in a named account environment
- Maintain close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements
- Serve as a strategic partner and primary contact for each client, helping them use data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to lead lending, risk management, and fraud prevention
- Uncover new opportunities by developing relationships with new partners across the financial services industry
- Grasp concepts quickly and share your knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform your customer's business
- Collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues and identifying opportunities
- Understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
- Develop forecasts, advance pipelines, and ensure delivery of solutions
- Identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships
- Challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with your teammates and customers to develop your skills as a leader
