Summary

Join Experian as a named account manager, driving revenue growth and fostering strong client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 5 + years of successful financial services experience with experience overachieving selling complex solutions
  • Demonstrated experience uncovering sales opportunities for marketing, risk, analytics, fraud, and software solutions within financial services
  • Understanding of customer priorities and the strategies designed to deliver revenue and profit expectations
  • Create and develop new business both within an existing book of business through prospecting
  • Ability to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

  • Generate revenue growth and manage your client relationship in a named account environment
  • Develop close alliances with senior client management personnel, offering recommendations through formal sales presentations and written proposals, and negotiating annual and individual pricing contracts and agreements
  • Be a strategic partner and primary contact for each client, helping them use data, analytics, software, and technology solutions to lead lending, risk management, and fraud prevention
  • Uncover new opportunities by developing relationships with new partners across the financial services industry
  • Grasp concepts quickly and share your knowledge of the industry and how data, software, and analytics can transform your customer's business
  • Collaborate with members across different teams balancing priorities, bringing the right people to the table, handling issues and identifying opportunities
  • Understand your customer by seeing your world through their perspective, speaking their language, and promoting the voice of your customer to improve Experian's solutions
  • Develop forecasts, advance pipelines, and ensure delivery of solutions
  • Identify new ways to grow our business and expand current partnerships
  • Challenge yourself with different opportunities, prioritize accountability, build trust with your teammates and customers to develop your skills as a leader
  • Report to the Region Vice President
