Requirements

• At least 1 year experience as a Virtual Receptionist/Client Experience Coordinator
• Good knowledge of customer service principles and practices, ideally gained through previous frontline customer service roles
• Intermediate digital literacy (e.g. Adobe, Microsoft, digital platforms)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using CRM Software
• Experience in Construction industry
• AU Client Experience
