Summary

Join our team as a Client Experience Coordinator and support positive client experiences, assist clients with collections and billing processes, and manage advertisement submissions and deadlines. This full-time role is fully remote and offers a salary of $46,000 annually.

Requirements

• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience managing multiple deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with N2’s Corporate Publications program
• The ability to adapt to a fast-paced and evolving work environment

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients to support positive experiences
• Assist clients in resolving credit card issues and work to minimize past-due amounts
• Track client metrics through set spreadsheets and processes
• Proof publications for ad quality and accuracy
• Efficiently manage multiple deadlines, ensuring all ads are prepared and organized
• Respond promptly and professionally to emails related to ad submissions and queries
• Foster and maintain strong professional relationships with Area Directors, residents, and fellow team members
• Follow the program’s specifications to ensure effective communication and content alignment
