Summary

RSI Security is seeking a Client Account Coordinator to support their service delivery team by managing existing client accounts, facilitating QBRs, generating proposals, coordinating between SMEs and PMs, and maintaining accurate client records in CRM. Ideal candidates should have strong organizational skills, communication abilities, and proficiency in CRM software.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Proven experience in account management, sales support, or similar role
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred)
• Proficiency in Google Workspace
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
