Requirements
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex information in simple terms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and client interactions effectively
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Comfortable working remotely and managing appointments independently
- Experience with Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
- A friendly, client-first mindset with a passion for providing excellent service and building relationships
Responsibilities
- Schedule and conduct Zoom calls with potential clients to discuss their needs regarding tax return preparation, all-in-one accounting services, or tax consultations
- Gather all necessary information from potential clients to ensure we can provide accurate quotes and create tailored service plans
- Provide a clear explanation of our service offerings, including the process, timelines, and what clients can expect
- Work closely with the sales team to create and send personalized quotes to clients based on their specific needs
- Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients, ensuring they understand the next steps and feel confident in our services
- Offer exceptional customer service, answering any questions or concerns clients may have before they commit to our services
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, information collected, and quotes sent using our CRM system (e.g., Pipedrive)
- Work with other teams, including the tax and accounting teams, to ensure a seamless experience for the client throughout the intake and onboarding process
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the tax, accounting, or financial services industry
