Requirements

  • Prior experience as an intake specialist in a law firm (preferably in litigation)
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to handle client interactions professionally
  • Familiarity with LEAP case management software (experience with Clio is a plus)
  • Experience with content creation, including writing blog posts, designing graphics, and preparing PowerPoint presentations
  • Ability to train and help improve processes for client intake
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the client intake process, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide initial consultation screenings
  • Assist in revamping and optimizing the intake process for efficiency
  • Create engaging content for blog posts related to employment law topics
  • Design marketing graphics using Canva
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations for firm use
  • Assist with generating invoices and processing client billing
  • Utilize LEAP for billing and case management
  • Assess the nature of each case and effectively triage to the appropriate person(s)
  • Collaborate with managing attorney and staff to ensure seamless referrals and handovers
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills in interactions with clients and internal teams
  • Provide clear and concise information to clients and colleagues
  • Collaborate with department heads and other team members to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to client services
  • Participate in regular meetings to discuss ongoing cases and share relevant information

Preferred Qualifications

Background in CLIO and LEAP is a plus to have
