Summary

Join team x/RAPP, a global communications and marketing agency for Mercedes-Benz, as an Automotive Client Lead. You will be responsible for managing stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally, ensuring client satisfaction and success. This role requires at least 10 years of experience in key account management within the automotive industry and/or post-production/CGI. You will work with cross-functional teams across global offices, utilizing your expertise in CGI to manage client expectations and support delivery. Requirements

  • At least 10 years of experience in key account management or strategic sales roles within the automotive industry and/or post-production/ CGI
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate global operational models and foster strategic relationships
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively to a variety of audiences
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategies
  • Experience working in a collaborative environment, able to bridge the gap between different departments and align them towards common goals
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, able to adjust strategies and approaches as the market or company priorities evolve
  • English / German proficiency

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, acting as the main point of contact and building trust with multiple stakeholders at all levels
  • Develop and execute comprehensive account management plans that address customer needs and opportunities, driving substantial growth within key accounts
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and the achievement of account objectives
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with internal teams, where necessary, to realize these opportunities
  • Regularly analyse account performance against key metrics and objectives, adjusting strategies as necessary to maximize success
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to internal teams to help shape future developments
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities, leveraging insights to benefit key accounts and inform company strategy
  • Using your experience and expertise in the CGI realm to manage client expectations and support the delivery teams
  • Ensure all teams and capabilities are working together to ensure the best outcome for the client across agencies, workstreams and locations
