Client Manager II

Summary

Join Vericast as a Client Manager II and manage the execution of direct marketing and digital campaigns for clients. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating projects across multiple Vericast locations. Responsibilities include consulting on program development, liaising with various teams (production, business development, analytics, creative), managing project documentation, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, project management, and strategic thinking skills, along with experience in direct marketing and the financial services industry. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field OR required knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to the completion of four years of college with courses in Marketing
• 2-4 years of direct marketing account management experience preferably servicing the financial services industry or any equivalent combination of training and experience
• Working knowledge of direct marketing principles and practices
• Budgeting, forecasting and strategic planning experience along with experience with financial modeling
• Experience with best practices in financial reporting and experience with planning and reporting systems and ERP’s highest standards of accuracy and precision and highly organized
• Ability to handle multiple projects and articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to think creatively be highly-driven and self-motivated with ability to command credibility and influence across the organization
• Ability to think strategically act tactically and embrace rapid change and ambiguity. Ability to work independently with limited direction
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Experience with cross-functional and cross-divisional projects that drive change. Demonstrated Project Management skills along with the ability to identify problems and recommend solutions

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for the client regarding project initiatives, channeling all project-related communications
• Schedule and lead meetings/conference calls with the client and team members to review project initiatives and communicate updates
• Deepen the client relationship through meaningful engagement
• Act as a consultant to the client for development and management of Vericast's programs/solutions
• Serve as the liaison with the production scoping and pricing process, identifying upsell opportunities and coordinating cost estimates
• Serve as the liaison with the Business Development Executive and Strategic Account team, reviewing strategic briefs and coordinating approvals
• Maintain documentation related to individual direct marketing and digital campaign projects, opening jobs in Advantage and maintaining project notes
• Serve as the liaison with the Analytics and Data Services processes, assisting in writing data processing specifications and coordinating client review and approval
• Serve as the liaison with the Creative process, reviewing creative copy and concepts and coordinating client revisions and approvals
• Manage project process through the implementation of company processes and procedures to meet established client deadlines
• Communicate timelines to project team members and update as necessary
• Manage client budgets and project expenses and ensure quality control throughout each stage of the process
• Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties above
