This role requires an experienced sales professional with a proven track record of generating substantial Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) by selling to large enterprise clients. You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new enterprise-level opportunities, building and managing a robust sales pipeline, and developing strong relationships with C-level decision-makers. The position involves planning and executing all stages of the sales journey, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing market feedback. Requirements

  • Previous experience with sales, closing and negotiating B2B contracts
  • Has already worked in prospecting B2B clients
  • An excellent communicator - interpersonal, writing, and public speaking
  • Able to communicate in English
  • Skilled in managing different clients and projects
  • Organizational skills, client management, and use of Salesforce as a CRM tool
  • Able to monitor data, analyze reports, and leverage results, as well as improve processes and anticipate the need for a change of route
  • Available to travel frequently
  • Has autonomy to be led remotely
  • An excellent problem solver
  • For this specific role, please note that prior experience in sales, closing, and negotiating B2B contracts and advanced English are mandatory requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect new enterprise-level opportunities to drive revenue growth across all regions of Brazil (except São Paulo, South, and Rio de Janeiro)
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, with a focus on strategic accounts, actively participating in the entire sales cycle—including discovery, proposal development, negotiation, and closing
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers, serving as a trusted partner and advisor
  • Plan and execute all stages of the sales journey, including personalized communication, participation in industry events and conferences, and nurturing key relationships within client organizations
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales Development, Customer Experience, Legal, Operations, User Growth Marketing, Partnerships) to develop and present tailored solutions that address client needs and support company objectives
  • Gather and provide market and client feedback to help shape product and service enhancements
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance metrics to company leadership
