Client Service Analyst

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (fields like Marketing, Psychology, Economics, Business, or Analytics are a plus)
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• Great attention to detail and time management
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and solve problems with data

Responsibilities

• Become a Product Expert
• Learn the ins and outs of YouGov’s data tools and platforms
• Translate product knowledge into simple, useful guidance for clients
• Support & Train Clients
• Lead onboarding sessions and training for new and existing users
• Help clients understand how to extract value from YouGov’s data
• Deliver Insights & Reports
• Build and deliver recurring insights reports (e.g., brand health, audience profiling, market sizing)
• Analyze YouGov data to answer ad hoc business questions and provide actionable recommendations
• Tell Clear, Compelling Stories
• Present findings and visualizations that connect data with strategic business goals
• Help clients see the “so what” behind the numbers
• Collaborate Across Teams
• Partner with sales, product, and research colleagues to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience analyzing data or telling stories with data (school projects, internships, or previous roles)
• Familiarity with data visualization or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Experience working directly with clients or on client-facing projects
