Summary
Join bswift as a Channel Partner Support Specialist and provide first-level system support, troubleshooting issues, resolving client questions, and performing release testing. You will ensure high-quality, timely support to create raving fans. Responsibilities include managing tickets and emails, troubleshooting bswift system issues, regression testing releases, and testing client sites. You will also take notes on calls, manage open items, review file failures, conduct system audits, and liaise with the bswift service center. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Excel and experience in benefits administration or related software. Requirements
- Good written/verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical personnel; ability to listen, clarify and respond well to questions
- Ability to operate and make timely decisions in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment
- Ability to quickly sort through complex subject material
- Analytical skill-sets and ability to effectively use data for strategy
- Proficiency in Excel, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables
Responsibilities
- Support routine tickets and emailsโ responses typically reviewed for accuracy
- Troubleshoot bswift system issues
- Regression test releases with support from POD
- Test client sites to ensure proper functionality and quality
- Review bswiftโs help guide to become familiar with the functionality, and use it to help solve client problems
- Keep up to date on all courses in Litmos, and complete Top Dog learning Path within Litmos
- Take notes on call and distribute to team(internal)
- Manage open items ticket log, and prepare for client status calls
- Review any daily file failures (email and tickets) distribute that information to the client and support the resolution
- Conduct system audits as needed
- Liaison with bswift service center to ensure quality resolution of client issues
- Other responsibilities as needed or requested by the client
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in benefits administration system technology, payroll, HRIS or related software preferred
