• Proficiency in English and Italian - C1+ level
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to listen to clients and team needs and find solutions
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work a flexible shift schedule, including nights and weekends (weekend and night shifts are remote)

Responsibilities

• Support clients at all levels via live chat, emails, and calls
• Answer questions about the service and resolve client issues promptly
• Assist clients with KYC procedure and provide a tour around the trading platform
• Build client trust and satisfaction through professional support and training
• Stay aware of the competitive landscape and financial markets
• Collect clients’ feedback and analyze how to improve their experience
• Maintain open communication between departments to resolve issues
