Client Services Analyst Expert

Summary

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a computing or technical environment
• Proficient in SQL, Unix, Oracle, and DB2, SAS, AWS or any cloud computing experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to define process requirements and initiate production workflows using appropriate tools and applications
• Evaluate project complexity, estimate timelines, and manage task assignments
• May manage project resources and lead meetings with clients or management
• Interpret and process orders using relevant tools and systems
• Develop and implement processing plans for new programs or procedures
• Monitor job accuracy and completeness; troubleshoot and apply necessary updates or enhancements
• Communicate project status to team members, clients, and partners
• Analyze client data and develop custom project code to meet specific requirements
• Resolve complex technical issues; serve as a technical resource and provide training and support
• Mentor new team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
• Stay current with new tools, and procedures
• Provide feedback to improve product documentation and training materials
