Client Services Integration Specialist, Remote - United States

Summary

The Client Services Integration Specialist assists colleges and universities in transferring and integrating their data into Encoura products and services. They work with internal teams to provide high-quality service to partners, requiring experience with data analysis tools, SQL, and Alteryx. The role involves troubleshooting data integration challenges, collaborating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring client objectives are met.

Requirements

• Significant data management experience, including analyzing, validating, and transforming large data sets for data integration
• Strong aptitude for identifying data quality and data integration issues, and creating solutions
• Extensive knowledge of one or more data manipulation tools such as Alteryx (preferred)
• Ability to understand and communicate multifaceted data to members and internal stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Data management experience
• Knowledge of SQL and/or Alteryx
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to execute on initiatives at an elevated level
• Demonstrates and fosters honesty and integrity
• Good interpersonal skills
• Maintains a positive attitude and treats others respectfully

Responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary customer support to higher education clients in the transfer and transformation of data files to the Encoura Data Lab
• Work directly with higher education clients to coordinate data requirements for purchased programs and services
• Prioritize data transfer efforts with internal business owner needs to ensure client objectives are met
• Experience mapping data flow diagrams to continuously improve quality and efficiency of processes
• Troubleshoot data integration challenges to assist clients maximize their return on purchased products
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to maximize efficiency in data transfer processes
