Summary
Join FNA as our Client Services Manager in Abu Dhabi and play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Middle East. You will build and maintain relationships with government and financial organizations, driving the adoption of our advanced technology. This dynamic role involves overseeing client projects, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing channel partners. You will report to global leadership, providing regional insights and contributing to the growth of this strategic business unit. This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a strong network within the Middle East's financial and governmental sectors and a proven track record in business development. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed leader with a Master's degree, preferably an MBA.
Requirements
- Demonstrated senior-level experience in business development and building commercial relationships within the UAE and the broader Middle East
- An extensive network of contacts at senior levels within the region's financial, technology, or government sectors
- Proven success in managing and executing complex, national-level programs or projects with multiple stakeholders to successful completion
- A Master's degree, preferably an MBA
- Exceptional ability to work independently and thrive in a globally distributed, fully remote work environment
- Based in the United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- Serve as a principal representative for FNA in the region
- Build and strengthen our commercial engagements and strategic relationships
- Cultivate a strong pipeline through close collaboration with our global Sales and Marketing teams to tailor and execute a highly effective go-to-market strategy that is tailored to the regional context
- Oversee and ensure the success of client projects, from initial proof-of-value to full implementation
- Engage with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally
- Collaborate closely with our clients' teams and FNAβs subject matter experts to define requirements and ensure a seamless delivery experience that addresses their complex needs
- Manage and cultivate a network of channel partners across the Middle East and APAC, extending our reach and capabilities
- Interface directly with FNAβs global leadership and cross-functional teams, providing essential reporting and insights from the region
Preferred Qualifications
- A background in or deep understanding of fields such as Digital Transformation, FinTech, Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, or Analytics
- Experience working within or leading a Research and Development function, connecting academia or research to solve real-world problems
- Proven success in promoting and positioning programs or solutions that support national strategic initiatives, such as Emiratisation
- Experience managing channel partner relationships
- Previous experience working for a software or technology-focused company
