This full-time, remote-possible position operates on a night shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST). You will serve as the liaison between clients and internal creative teams, managing project communication, timelines, and feedback. Responsibilities include coordinating project deliverables, tracking progress, resolving bottlenecks, and generating status reports. The ideal candidate possesses 2-4 years of experience in client servicing and excellent communication skills. Requirements

  • 2-4 years' experience in client servicing, account management, or project coordination, preferably in design, creative agencies, or OTT adaptation projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (US client-facing)
  • Highly organized, strong multi-tasker, and able to thrive in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments
  • Willing to work night shift (7:30 PM - 4:30 AM IST)

Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact for client communication, daily updates, and project feedback
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and briefs with design teams
  • Track project progress, flag risks or delays, and proactively resolve bottlenecks
  • Document and relay client feedback to design teams for quick action and resolution
  • Generate status reports, update trackers, and ensure transparent communication between client and internal teams
  • Support onboarding and workflow training for new hires as project scales

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale, high-volume projects is a plus
