Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2+ years experience in account management or project management experience, working directly with clients
• Experience with negotiating contracts
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Thrives working in a team environment and can solve problems creatively and efficiently
• An excellent communicator -- interpersonal, written, and public speaking
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently
• Strong quantitative skills and a proven ability to monitor, identify and present trends
• Strong problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the client relationship for a portfolio of mid-market accounts after the point of sale throughout the client lifecycle, including leading client meetings and communications
• Transmit ideas clearly, concisely, directly, and unambiguously, conveying the message or conclusions from a certain analysis
• Understand clients’ objectives and deliver solutions to help them achieve them throughout the onboarding process and beyond by executing scalable client growth strategies
• Renew, expand, and renegotiate contracts on an annual basis
• Plan initial client launch as well as ongoing relaunch and awareness communications
• Present and implement best practice workflows to the client, review member growth rates, suggest member growth strategies, and provide relevant Gympass updates
