Client Success Manager

Summary

Join Future as a Client Success Manager and coordinate multiple parallel projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of commercial programs. This client-facing role involves managing specific accounts and overseeing delivery tasks across various platforms (email, display, social media, etc.). You will execute cross-platform marketing programs, monitor performance, create recap presentations, and identify opportunities for business growth with existing clients. The position requires 3+ years of agency experience in a client-facing role and a solid understanding of digital media. Requirements

• Be familiar with Future B2B brands and immersed in Internet culture
• 3+ years working for an agency (media, digital or creative) or media company, in a client facing role
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Solid grasp of digital media products, standards and best practices
• Experience with paid social media campaigns
• Digital-savvy, with strong understanding of virtual networking tools, Google suite and and Microsoft products

Responsibilities

• Execute cross-platform custom marketing programs rooted in digital, social, media and experiential that elevate integrated marketing and advertising sales initiatives
• Execute on deliverables, including the editorial, email, ad delivery, trade marketing, audience development and business intelligence
• Strong focus on performance monitoring and recap presentations to fuel renewals
• Form recommendations to grow business opportunities with existing clients
