Requirements

  • Have 1-3 years of client-facing account management or business development experience in Cloud / SaaS-based platforms
  • Be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage 50+ clients at once
  • Demonstrate the ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision
  • Possess outstanding written and verbal communication skills, coupled with strong empathy for customers and their success
  • Be adaptable to changing environments and processes
  • Be willing to travel periodically based on client and business needs
  • Have a Bachelor’s degree
  • Be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
  • Reside in one of the following states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, MD, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NE, NJ, NM, NV, NY, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY

Responsibilities

  • Develop client relationships that promote retention and loyalty within the SMB and MM account portfolio
  • Be accountable for post-implementation client management and driving account growth through sharing best practices and training to ensure optimal product adoption and utilization
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for our clients and be an expert in the Marine Division solutions
  • Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to resolve product issues and ensure clients are happy with the outcome
  • Create account documentation for all client interactions in Salesforce, designated Client Success Platform, and ticketing/tracking systems
  • Keep clients informed of product roadmap and releases, and advise how new features are relevant to maximize product usage
  • Identify and forecast risk; create, maintain and manage mitigation strategies and clearly communicate needs from the organization to fulfill mitigation plans
  • Serve as an internal advocate and client liaison throughout the entire client life cycle and communicate feedback to internal teams
