Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a Senior SMB Account Sales Executive in São Paulo! Requirements
- Domina técnicas avançadas de negociação, prospecção e fechamento de vendas
- Tem conhecimento sólido sobre estratégias inbound e outbound e sabe integrá-las em uma abordagem consultiva
- Experiência prévia em vendas B2B com foco em empresas de 501 a 1000 colaboradores, envolvendo múltiplos stakeholders
- Capacidade de analisar dados, apresentar propostas com clareza e ajustar o discurso conforme o perfil do interlocutor
- Atualizado(a) com tendências do mercado de vendas: uso de IA, automações, metodologias modernas e ferramentas de CRM (preferencialmente Salesforce)
- Domina bem o processo comercial do início ao fim e entende as implicações das vendas para as demais áreas da empresa
- �� capaz de se comunicar em inglês de forma eficaz (oral e escrita)
Responsibilities
- Liderar ciclos de venda consultivos, com múltiplos stakeholders e alto grau de complexidade
- Estabelecer e nutrir relacionamentos de longo prazo com decisores C-level e influenciadores estratégicos nas contas
- Gerenciar o pipeline com excelência, garantindo previsibilidade, qualidade de dados e execução do processo comercial
- Inovar no fundo do funil, trazendo ferramentas, abordagens e tecnologias (como IA) para acelerar conversões
- Multiplicar boas práticas comerciais, compartilhando aprendizados com o time e contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos
- Navegar com fluidez por diferentes áreas internas (Marketing, Suporte, Sucesso do Cliente, Jurídico), construindo alianças para garantir a melhor experiência ao cliente
