Client Success Manager

Join Passthrough, a company revolutionizing private market investing, as a remote Client Success Manager working Pacific Time (9:00am to 6:00pm PT). You'll play a crucial role in onboarding, training, and supporting fund managers and their limited partners, ensuring successful client engagements. You will be the face of the business to fund managers and their limited partners, owning client relationships from sales hand-off to go-live and beyond. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Ensure that our client engagements are successful for our customers, their investors, lawyers, and fund administrators
• Own the client relationship from the sales hand-off to go-live to closing
• Seek customer feedback about how we can improve our product
• Ensure error-free client onboardings

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess a proactive and inquisitive nature, with a strong inclination to be helpful
• Exceptionally detail-oriented when managing VIP/Enterprise clients
• Proficient communicator adept at engaging with senior executives (C-suite, partners, etc.), capable of effectively maneuvering through ambiguity in a rapidly evolving startup environment
• Proficient in fund formation processes, including structuring and regulatory compliance
