Client Success Manager

Summary

Join Pearl Talent as a Senior Account Manager or Senior Client Success Manager and work remotely from LATAM. This full-time, independent contractor position offers a flexible schedule (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-1 PM EST) and the chance to work with fast-growing startups and US-based businesses. You will be the primary contact for clients, guiding them through the audit process, ensuring communication, and advocating for their needs. The ideal candidate is personable, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable learning new tools. Requirements

• English C1 or native proficiency (written and verbal)
• 3+ years in a client-facing role, preferably in eCommerce, tech, or consulting
• High standards for service, communication, and organization
• Ability to collaborate across teams and prioritize multiple projects at once
• Experience using platforms like ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite, and Zoom
• Curiosity about Amazon systems and a desire to grow with a scaling company

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients
• Keep clients updated, engaged, and clear on next steps throughout the audit process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met on time and with quality
• Translate client goals or concerns into clear, actionable items for the team
• Learn and speak confidently about our tools, services, and workflows
• Track client progress and manage tasks across multiple accounts
• Gather client feedback and surface opportunities for process improvement
• Onboard new clients and document their service preferences to ensure alignment

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central
• Background in retail, consumer brands, or financial recovery services
• Experience working in a startup, boutique agency, or tech-enabled service firm
