Requirements

• 3+ years of account management experience in a marketing agency, preferably within the Medspa or health & wellness industry
• Strong understanding and experience with Meta Ads
• Proven ability to analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner
• Experience in handling high-stakes conversations and driving client growth
